These are faked system messages, which are a huge deal on some servers. I also see examples of bypassing the chat filter in some of these screenshots. He really shouldn't be abusing his donor perms to send fake messages in my opinion, but most of the messages he is sending are harmless. Exception; making it appear the the server is sending messages containing foul language.
