A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: The user of the account said my ex's name in a form of they broke up with me because of bad spelling, which is clearly not the original reason. This user has done it multiple times. I told her before "You should know better not to say stuff like that, next time you do say it, I will not hesitate to get you ban.".

Hello! Do you have a full screenshot of your entire Minecraft window? We cannot take action against a player unless we have full/uncropped screenshots as evidence.
