Hacker's Ign: HarambeL

So, I died with my full pp4 multiple sets of it by a hacker and sadly didn't get any video proof of it but, the hacker sold it to a guy named HarambeL for 7k. I asked HarambeL if I can buy it for him for 1k he said ok, we went to a private area he said he would give my items back after i payed him 1k he said ok. We tried to make the deal but he didn't give me my items. Here's the proof.
