The best way is to make a youtube account, it is free, then upload the video to youtube. Once you upload it, copy the url. Above your chatbox when you type here, there is a smiley face, then a picture, then a video link. Click the video link and paste that url in the box when it pops up. Be sure to fill out the required report.
