Unfortunately, we can not hand out punishments to people who admit they hack. To ban someone for hacking, we need solid evidence (video or screenshots, in some cases) that will back us up if the banned player decides to appeal. Admitting you hack isn't an offense, as he could be joking. I will, however, keep an eye out for this player in-game.

With the bad language, you have not shown us a screenshot of that taking place so I will have to deny this report.
