The first part looks legit, the second part does not, when i lag back he shouldn't have the reaction time to hit me immediately unless he has a client.

Don't try to claim this is latency, we both had 160-180 ms ping. We should have been taking exactly the same knockback with exactly the same reach.
Also if latency is so bad that you cant tell if someone is hacking, something should be changed.

 

You could make the argument either way.
