I'm pretty sure this player is using som kind of teleport or speedhack.
I have a video of it, But when i try to upload it says "the uploaded file does not have an allowed extension."

Is there a way i can send the video to you?

 

You should upload it to YouTube. If you don't want it to be public you can make it unlisted which means no1 can see it unless they have the link. I'll give you 24 hours to provide the evidence
