A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He keeps turning on and off hacks while he pvp, i got a short video fo 30-40 second but i don't know if i got him while he was hacking so if i did not, please watch him while he pvps, and he keeps spamming me that i suc i pvp while he hacks.
