Kit PvP Hacker[Already Banned][Wolfie]

3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Runs while firing bow and speed hacks

I'm not sure if the person in Diamond Armor was also hacking, but if it looks like they were in this video, just let me know, and I'll try to get a clearer image of the name tag if needed.
