Today in opprison I was opening voter crate chests. When I put the keys in it said that i received a RARE crate key. In this photo I never received that crate key only the common crate key that I recently received. This is the second time that this has happened to me. In the other time I received 2 common crate keys and also it said I received a rare crate key but never got it. Please get this fixed. For one of those times I forgot to take a screenshot. So if you can only credit my account with one rare crate keys I understand.

 

Yes this is an ongoing issue, it has to do with the Plugin and the way it was made. A lot of times if it says you got one, you did, it is just invisible. Next time try going immediately to the rare key box and with your next open inv slot, right click the crate and it works or will give you a common key instead. It is all still new and buggy. Hope this helps.

Only the admin has the power to credit back any keys or anything but I dont know if he will with it being a plugin bug, he had told me, the person that wrote the plugin is fixing it.
