Global genxcide [Ban Evading][Handled][Chari]

A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Ban Evading a perm banned (Destroyer) account this is the same guys second offense if he shares the IP can he get IP Banned because He always comes crawling to me when he gets a new alt Banned He Also says he uses mcleaks for the second Time
