3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: cf scamming, scammed me for 4k . I forgot to /bal gensou_hide in the video, but at the time he had 5k, he still agreed to do the 4k cf and didnt pay, I havnt got proof but his main is aradindahouse.
