I do agree that he has been rate-abusing. I cannot receive an infraction because I am related to the first post.

 

All I can see is him abusing 3 to fuse. I will ask moderator to remove those for you, as I don't have those perms, and he will be warned for that. However, I see nothing else wrong. He can continue to rate as he likes, as long as he doesn't abuse any single person.
