do /ci if that doesn't work download minechat and go to creative and /ci that way. That should get rid of the sword or just try to get it out of ur hot bar then it wont crash u it probably activates when u click w to move forward by default people have been dropping wither skulls that do that.
If you go to this link: http://shop.mineverse.com Click "Extras" and enter your ingame name, choose the "Clear Inventory" for Creative. It's free, and your inventory should be cleared out.
