ban evading
multiple reports have been made on these players for ban evading but have been closed for "lack of evidence". but now its legit, bannable evidence and i think justice should be served.

We cannot ban this person for ban evading when we just started accepting this evidence today. If you have current evidence of them ban evading, we will gladly take that. This is old evidence and we aren't going back through old reports to now ban people.
