Rate spam isn't really a thing. I've asked around and got nothing. As far as I'm aware, it's only punishable if it's rate abuse which is defined as 3 or more positive/negative rating in an hour or over a certain amount of time in attempt to evade punishment or removal of these ratings. If you have any further problems please contact me or make a new report if necessary. For those posting in reports, don't do it, it's not allowed and warning points will be applied.
