      Just by the evidence it looks like he has rated her a lot. However im looking at the posts rated and mods have concluded that these likes were unintentionally farmed; no really old posts were rated which is generally the pattern for rate abusers. If this happens again I will have a word to them otherwise for now no action will be taken.
