I'll just close this right away unless you have any extra questions The moderator rank overrides the premium one and therefore doesn't have sparkles with it. To get sparkles, Janice has to manually give it to the mods affected. That's something Rent/Random have to message Janice to fix privately The banner issue is Rent not knowing how to manage his privacy settings correctly
