3. Well, so today I was minding my own business still I see I got 4 alerts, all being dislikes. When I saw they were on the exact same threat at a close time I got a bit suspicious.

There was decent space between the ratings, I would say things was more of a copycat scenario. I will be closing this however if it does happen again then an ip check will most likely be the action taken.
