It doesnt matter whos skype it is, do not threaten to ddos is the rule. While not explicitly stating it was a threat it was wrong to say. He does not need to admit anything, his mod application is not a report on him.
As for the punishment, since this is a minor offense I will give 1 day ban.
The tp trapping incident needs to be in the report a player section not for forum reports.
