Do you have a video of this happening? These screenshots don't seem to be enough evidence to show that he's hacking.
I don't own a recording software, I thought taking more than one would be enough to prove he wasn't lagging. If this isn't enough, I have no other evidence..I'm sure someone else will report this player soon enough.
