2. The offender's exact ingame name: ItsBertPvP
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: The player 'ItsBertPvP' was flying in the skywars lobby, he claims it was lag but I lost a game to see him flying again I knew it could not be lag.

This player is either jumping or is glitched so where it looks like he's one block higher than where he actually is.
