I'm not sure about this.
I remember when I used to play a lot of PvP, I could just use the arrow keys to go back to my previous command.

A Titan could be healing him too

I believe these are macros.

1. There was only one titan in the game which was shown in the video. You can clearly see he is fighting someone and was impossible for him to heal him that fast. The option of him doing the upper arrow fast to heal his friend is also impossible because he did type messages in the chat before that and if he did heal him before in the video the cooldown is 4 minutes so he wouldn't be able to heal him now.

2. He couldn't use the upper arrow to heal himself fast because he was hitting him and getting healed at the same time.

 

He was hitting at the sametime

 

He never stoped hitting me

 

This person is currently banned for Hacking.
