2. The offender's exact ingame name: (Two) FistOfPain1978 and VewYSqwishi
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: (Chat Related Offense) FistOfPain1978 was saying "rape" and "ima rape u" in chat and VewYSqwishi was saying FistOfPain1978 "Rapes like a 3 yr girl"
