3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Used a better sword then a wood or gold sword in the spawn pvp zone

This isn’t something you can report. A moderator must be online and see the player holding the contraband so that way they can ask the player to hand the contraband over, but if they refuse they will get jailed. So unfortunately I’ll have to close this for lack of evidence.
