I would get 50k in prison, which is 10 votes, and he would get 17k in factions, 15k was for 10 votes, 2k was for all the vote keys in his inventory. I paid him 17k in factions and we proceeded to move to prison. He paid me 20k, and said he did not have another 30k. He left and I followed him to factions and I told him that he owed me 11k for the money he didn't pay in prison, and he didn't answer after that.
