Please could you provide a full screenshot of your screen? You can do this by pressing f2 in game to capture your screen, then finding the screenshot using the following steps:

Type %appdata% in your taskbar

go to .minecraft -> screenshots

Upload the screenshot here as a file

I'll give you 24h before I close this for lack of evidence
