3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Stealing. Mis use of trust.
   
4. Evidence/full screenshots: Until a mod log checks I don't have any evidence. ExcessiveGaming was trusted on my island to use my stone generator. While he was trusted ExcessiveGaming took over a stack of iron blocks, 1 pig spawner and -/+ 3 stacks of grass.
