      In order to ban we need to be assured that there are no titans online that could have healed him and if there are titans online that they did not, which is why when we accept reports like this it either shows tab having no titans online, or shows them saying that the titan(s) that are online did not heal him.

      It's happened before and would happen again if we start accepting them, I'm sorry but I will have to deny this report, if you find a spot in the video or find more evidence that he did you can recreate this report and I will handle it.
