the hacker's name: durpysmash
he was using fp(fast place) hack on gta to shoot MUCH faster,he was shooting much faster than regular torch(you can see that i had full titan and that his bullets were much faster than mine it was like 1 bullet)

Honestly I don't think that was FP, I think he may have toggled becuase he thought you were recording.
