What rule they broke: Scamming. The deal was, I paid him 1k on skyblock if he paid me 200$ on kitpvp.
Evidence:

 

He then got back on and paid me 72$ instead of 200.

 

He then came back to skyblock and paid me 600$ cause he saw I reported him so... I think what he paid me back makes his trade even so I think this report is done.

 

So, he completed the ammount of money, but he has a death warp?
