Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. Due to this being over discord and the discord screen never being shown, we cannot verify that the player is who you say it is. It could easily be a player attempting to get another player perm banned by impersonating them. However, if you do get solid evidence I encourage you to report the player(s) again. We do not tolerate that behavior on mineverse and I wish there was more I could do. For the time being, make sure to keep your information private on the internet. You can always change your ip, if you need help with that I can always help you. If there is any other way I can help feel free to contact me and I will help in any way I can.
