Disrespect/Profanity/Filter Bypass/Inapp[Warned] [Sanity]

In Game name: LaFlare
Offender: LocalDrugdealer, Elenaaaa
Explanation: Id like to report LocalDrugdealer for one his name is literally very inappropriate for a kids server and he mentioned he sells weed which in my book is really inappropriate to say in a kids server. Elenaaaa then bypasses the filters to say her grotesque words and just teases me about how Im just crying about some name and how it isnt serious and whatnot. Please help with this issue because mainly Elenaaaa is taking away from the fun of the server and I just brought up LocalDrugdealer because I dont feel what this player does is correct for this servers audience.
