      Offenders ingame name: dirkdebaas
      What rule he broke? Scamming, he did'nt scam me but he scammed my best friend, I asked Dirk "You got a feather right?" he replied, and said "Yes" I asked how he got it, he said "Scammem (Scammed)" I asked who? he replied "Nicho246"

      Unfortunately, this isn't enough evidence to prove a scam happened.
