      The hacker: DemolishedCPU
      The hack He or she is using is Reach.


      At 0:08 He wasn't even looking at Skexay and he still managed to hit him. ANd he hit him out of his reach because The hit range for 1.8 is 3 1/2 blocks and he hit him more than that.
