3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Kill-aura. Watch at the end of the video, he toggles his aura and his head snaps back and forth between the players just outside the PvP area.

Since the player might have been using kill aura in a PvP safezone, I cannot accept this evidence. Plus, we do not accept evidence from players hacking in PvP safezones.

That said, this report will be locked for the lack of evidence provided.
