      My in game name is CookieXGirl
      The offenders name is XliamX
      He was a hacker and he opened a chest on my friends plot but he is not added to it. He stole banners and other objects from the chest. This is the chest in which he stole from. the banners are supposed to say Captain America.
      I hope this is how you do it. My friends name is KawaiiSugoiShark

      I'm afraid this isn't enough evidence. We need proof of that person of taking the items. This could've been another person and it's like your're simply accusing him/her for a reason.
