he hasn't broken the rules yet, in the screenshot it shows him saying it, but did he actually do it? we don't know. this isn't enough evidence for him to get banned, i will give you 24 hours to provide more evidence, unless you don't have any more of him actually scamming, witch then i will just close this report.
