Cannot join because of block glitch

2. Game mode that the bug and/or glitch is effecting: OP KITPVP
3. Description of the bug and/or glitch: i enderpearled and it landed in a 1x1 hole and im stuck in the wall and get kicked when i try to join
4. Video/screenshot of the glitch: cannot get because it kicks me isntantly
5. Steps to reproduce the glitch: enderpearl lands on the edge of a 1x1 hole
