He Scammed My 2k by saying he was gonna upgrade a rank for me for in game cash.. and he said wait for 5 minutes for the rank to come , after 3 hours , the rank still didnt came and he left the server after 5 minutes.
Heres the evidence:

 

The deal, payment and agreement is shown, but no evidence of the player leaving. Spoke to in game and there was no rank received. Thoughts?

 

well if there is no proof of the player receiving the rank then it's a scam :/
