Its a glitch, you should vote while on the game not in any game or others

Its a glitch :/ when you die it will properly reset back to what you were at before you voted. Vote in infection to get the levels

 

It's a glitch, if you do /suicide it will either reset you to what you were before you voted or show that you have ranked up.
