      My son Neptune64 was playing 3 weeks ago and went to the mineverse store to purchase premium. He was logged into the game under his account. The premium was put onto my other son's account. He is OP_Greenman9. He was God but now is bumped down to premium. I have emailed support about 10 times but no one will return my email. I have a video that proves my son OP_Greenman9 was God. HELP!!!!
