Do you have a full screenshot of your screen and one where it shows your scoreboard of the player breaking the rules?

It's stated in the report form that you need to have your name shown via scoreboard/chat (in this case scoreboard seeing as it isn't video evidence).

I'll give you 24 hours to provide sufficient evidence of this. Failure to do so will have this report closed for lack of evidence.
