Offence: Player has been creating auctions for a chunk of the day with a $1 start bid and $1000 increment. If someone gets the $1 and doesn't bite on the $1000 increment, he will cancel and reset endlessly. As this is an obvious attempt at scamming players of money, I chose to report. Player is unrepentant as "it happened to them so its fair" (Not true, just means someone else needs reported)

This isnt classed as scamming, All be it a very scummy thing for a player to do, it isnt breaking the rules
