      2. The offender's ingame name: @Bradg14DoesSkyblock
      3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: they basically went around spamming a link to their Titan offer in threads such as suggestions. I'm not sure what the punishment is, but if you look at his recent activity(link below), EVERYTHING he has done recently is about it.
