Handled Block fortune on opprison

2. Game mode that the bug and/or glitch is effecting: Opprison
3. Description of the bug and/or glitch: block fortune has been broke since July. That means that when you mine a block (not ore), you get only 1 instead of 10 or even more. It takes ages for people that are high rank to get full inventory, even with a really good pickaxe

5. Steps to reproduce the glitch: breaking a full block, like diamond. Its basically meant to be the way ores work, giving you more than 1 for breaking 1 block with fortune 450.
6. This is the plugin Cyp uses https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/fortuneblocks.8766/ potential fix would be to update the plugin with the new one
