That means that when you mine a block (not ore), you get only 1 instead of 10 or even more. It takes ages for people that are high rank to get full inventory, even with a really good pickaxe Video/screenshot of the glitch: Steps to reproduce the glitch: breaking a full block, like diamond. Its basically meant to be the way ores work, giving you more than 1 for breaking 1 block with fortune 450.
