I tried it on Skyline Restaurant and it is not breakable.

This seems fine at first but remember, cobwebs can be broken to get string, which can be crafted (in the 4x4 grid) to get wool. This wool can then be used as an unbreakable barrier.

 

Wool is still unbreakable, bump.

While lag will sometimes let you through, this causes problems with large walls of wool. Please fix this ASAP.
