I was unable to find a format for bug reports, but I'll add what I can
      - Ingame name: SnipSnap
      - The map Old Tavern in Bed Wars (found on BW5) has a few issues.
      1. The green team's bed is unable to be broken, making them the automatic winner each game.
      2. When a player dies after their bed is broken, and they begin spectating, they have whatever they last died with. Meaning blocks they died with are still abled to be placed on the map. This leads to spectators blocking off still competing players, sometimes even killing them.
      3. Also, when players are killed and set as spectators they are put into creative mode, opening up the creative menu when they open their inventory. While they can't pull items out of the menu, if they die with even one building item, they have unlimited use of that item (ex: TNT, Spiderweb, or Sandstone). A recent incident included TNT and Spiderweb, causing players to be boxed in both by a spectator, virtually ruining that round of the game.

My hopes with this bug report is to possibly have the map removed as a playable game, and if able, it is fixed because the map is enjoyable. It's just lost the fun with it being unplayable.

Below are screenshots of what can be done with the spectators placing blocks:
