Besides, the server was down yesterday, so it might've just been that. Now, if your browser had gone down, everything, that's getting DDoSed. I speak from experience.

There is no actual proof that he did what you guys are claiming. If he did, maybe you shouldn't have added him to skype. Be wary with who you give access to your information. Having someone claim that a person put them up to get you to add them to your skype doesn't count as anything because this is the internet. People make things up a lot even though some do tell the truth. The person lagging out your internet is not something we can enforce. We are not your ISP, we cant stop it from happening. That is up to you. There is no proof of him actually threatening to do so.
